We’re super excited to announce Kojicon 2026, the foremost online gathering of fermentation fans and experts in the world, co-founded by our very own Rich Shih. Rich and I will both be presenting, along with many other fermentation luminaries, and we’ll have the full schedule for you when it’s up.

Your ticket gets you access to all events as they happen live, as well as access for the rest of the year to the archived videos. Additionally, you can also watch all the videos from the previous five years of Kojicon—so if you’re a more recent arrival you can catch up with all the incredible knowledge these experts have shared over the years. That’s a lot of information for one ticket, needless to say.

Years ago, Rich started the #kojibuildscommunity hashtag and it’s never been truer—or more important. We need each other, and fermentation represents our easiest and best way to leverage the traditions of the past to create a future we want to live in.
