I harvested most of my peas a couple of weeks ago, and as I shelled the ones without tender, edible pods I thought about what to do with the pods as I tossed them into a bowl. They’re stringy and fibrous, but have a fair amount of flavor, so I figured they might made a good garum-type liquid. I blended them 2:1…
